General guidance

If you have any queries please contact the licensing service Tel: 029 20755715 or email info@aals.org.uk. Please be aware that you may not legally provide 'licensable' activities without first having been inspected and granted a licence. This process generally takes 3 months to complete.

Once you have gathered all the information necessary to make an application, you are able to submit your application either by printing off and posting the completed forms with the fee to:

or by completing the online application form and paying your fees online. You can then forward the supplementary information by post to the address above, or by email to: newapplication@aals.org.uk.
