This group meets to liaise every two months.

Individual unit heads approve standard sessions and deploy staff accordingly. They submit their operational procedures for these for approval by their respective departmental Adventure Activities Appointed Person . Where necessary, (criteria exist elsewhere) this is brought to the County Approvals Panel.

Non-standard sessions are individually approved by the respective departmental Appointed Person and/or the County Approvals Panel as above.

2. Staff competence and qualifications

Individual staff must either hold the appropriate NGB qualifications for the activity or be individually approved by an appropriate technical advisor recognised by TCC. Technical Advisors for the different activities are as follows:
